Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TaskingMint ("we," "us," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we offer

TaskingMint provides access to individual online tools, sold separately, on a pay-per-use basis. Access can be purchased for a single instant use, or for a fixed time window (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), as described on each tool's pricing page.

3. Accounts and access

We do not use traditional passworded accounts. Access is tied to the email address you provide at checkout, and you can return to a paid tool using a one-time login link sent to that email. You are responsible for using an email address you control and keeping any login link confidential.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are due in full at the time of purchase.

5. Access windows

Instant-access purchases are valid for a single use and expire immediately after that use. Time-based access (daily, weekly, monthly) expires automatically at the end of the stated period and is not extended for partial use.

6. Acceptable use

• You will not attempt to circumvent access controls or share paid access with others.
• You will not use the tools for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, without refund.

7. Output and intellectual property

You own the output generated using our tools for your own use, subject to the acceptable use terms above. TaskingMint retains all rights to the tools, software, branding, and underlying technology.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Tool output may not always be accurate or suitable for your intended purpose — you are responsible for reviewing it before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskingMint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant access.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
